Easy Returns Policy

 

We ship to the following regions:

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ONLY

MAINLAND EUROPE

 

Republic of Ireland (ROI) 

Shipping costs in the absence of free delivery option:

  • Standard shipping charge €4.99.

  • High value computer products over €60 incur a shipping charge of €14.99. 

 

U.K. & EUROPE if and when applicable

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard shipping charge €6.99

  • High value products incur a shipping charge of €17.99.

 

Delivery Method:

  • All products will be delivered by An Post mail for small orders and by our designated courier service for bulky & high value items.

  • A signature will be required to accept products delivered by courier.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Republic of Ireland (ROI) & Northern Ireland (NI)

1 to 2 working days

United Kingdom

2 to 3 working days

 

Please note that the above delivery time frames are a guideline and not 100% guaranteed.

Please also note it is imperative you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact number when placing your order to avoid any delays in delivery and avoid your shipment been returned to us which in turn will lead to additional shipping costs.

We will provide you with tracking information on request should you order not arrive within the above timeframes.

Packaging:

We endeavour to package all orders discreetly but some bulky items will be in original packaging which may have description on the outside.

 

Returns Policy

Initial 7 day cooling off period option.

You have the option of returning the product to us if you change your mind, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please note our requirements should you choose this return option: 

  • Notify us by e-mail or online contact form within 7 days of receipt of your order so we can issue you with a R.A. (Return Authorisation) reference.

  • All products must be returned to us in their original packaging for re-sale including manuals & accessories.

  • All returned products will be at the sender’s cost & must have protective packaging to avoid any transit damage.

  • Refunds will be applied to the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the product provided the above conditions are met. 

 

28 day Return Option

You have the option of returning the product to us if it does not meet your requirements provided you notify us within 28 days of receipt. Please note our requirements should you choose this return option:

  • Notify us by e-mail or online contact form within 28 days of receipt of your order so we can issue you with a R.A. (Return Authorisation) reference.

  • All products must be returned to us undamaged in their original undamaged packaging for re-sale including manuals & accessories.

  • All returned products will be at the sender’s cost & must have protective packaging to avoid any transit damage.

  • Refunds will be applied to the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the product provided the above conditions are met. 

     

Damaged In-transit Products

Should you receive a damaged in-transit product from us please notify us within 10 days of receipt. Please note our requirements should this situation arise:

  • Notify us by e-mail within 10 days of receipt of your order outlining the issue including photographic evidence of damage where applicable so we can issue you with a R.A. (Return Authorisation) reference.

  • Please return the damaged product in the original packaging at your cost for inspection advising if you require a replacement or refund.

  • Upon receipt and inspection by us we will send you a replacement based on stock availability or issue a refund to your purchase card including shipping costs.

 

Faulty or Defective Products

Should you receive a faulty/defective product from us please notify us within 28 days of receipt. Please note our requirements should this situation arise:

  • Notify us by e-mail within 28 days of receipt of your order outlining the defective issue so we can issue you with a R.A. (Return Authorisation) reference.

  • Please return the faulty product in the original packaging including manuals & accessories, at your cost, for inspection advising if you require a replacement or refund.

  • Upon receipt and inspection by us we will send you a replacement based on stock availability or issue a refund to your purchase card including shipping costs.

 

Exceptions to the Above Returns Policy

Please note we cannot accept the return of any opened software products due to product integrity.

We cannot accept the return of products damaged by use, abuse, or wear and tear.
